2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Marketplace

x3lab is a marketplace connecting sellers of website products with buyers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the sale between buyers and sellers.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers pay a $20 listing fee per product. Products are subject to review and approval. Sellers must have the right to sell all products they list.

5. Buyer Terms

Purchases are subject to the license terms specified on each product. Buyers receive a license to use the product as described.

6. Payments

All payments are processed through our payment provider. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their products. Buyers receive a license as specified. x3lab retains rights to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

x3lab is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
